Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in El Maadi. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, presenting logistics and freight forwarding services, and converting leads into sales. The Telesales Specialist will respond to inbound inquiries, prepare basic quotations, follow up on proposals, and maintain detailed records in the CRM system. Daily tasks include building and nurturing customer relationships, coordinating with operations and customer service teams, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The role also requires staying informed about service offerings, market rates, and company policies to provide accurate information and a positive customer experience.
