telesales experience on ERP SAAS
Core Responsibilities
Outbound Lead Generation: Prospecting business leads via cold calling, follow-up calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.
Inbound Lead Qualification: Contacting inbound leads who requested a whitepaper, trial, or price quote, determining whether the company fits the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Discovery & Pain Point Analysis: Asking probing questions to understand current operational bottlenecks (e.g., disconnected spreadsheets, inventory reconciliation errors, delayed financial closing, lack of multi-branch visibility).
Demo Scheduling: Booking qualified discovery meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives (AEs) or Pre-Sales Solution Consultants.
Pipeline Management: Logging call notes, qualification details, and follow-up reminders inside the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
Micro-Deal Closing (in some setups): For lightweight, entry-level SaaS subscriptions (e.g., standard POS or basic cloud accounting modules), telesales reps may manage the deal from pitch to payment link.
Key Qualification Frameworks Used
ERP solutions carry high implementation stakes, so calls follow structured qualification methods

Objection Handling: Confidently countering common resistance points such as "We are happy with Excel," "We don't have the budget right now," or "Switching systems takes too much time."
Tech Stack Fluency: Experience with CRM systems, VoIP cloud dialers, and meeting software (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).
Experience Level: Typically requires 1–3 years in outbound B2B sales, SaaS lead generation, or tech-related customer relationship roles.
