Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter ( Career Hub Department ) will play a key role in guiding students through the job search process. This includes identifying their interests, preparing them for opportunities, and providing continuous support throughout their employability journey. The role requires strong communication and follow-up skills, with a student-centered approach.
- Key Responsibilities:Contact students to assess their job preferences, availability, and readiness.
- Match students with suitable job or internship opportunities.
- Support students in developing and editing their CVs.
- Brief students about job roles and expectations before referring them.
- Schedule and conduct mock interviews to build student confidence.
- Prepare students for actual interviews through coaching and tips.
- Follow up with students after interviews to track progress and offer feedback.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and outcomes.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in student support, career services, or recruitment is a plus.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Passion for youth development and employability.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
