Ulearn is an educational consultancy in Kuwait, helping students choose universities and apply to study in the UK, USA, Australia and Ireland.
We’re looking for a friendly, ambitious person who enjoys talking to people and helping students take their next step. Full training is provided, and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
What you’ll do
- Speak with students and parents, understand their goals, and explain their study options.
- Help students with university applications and required documents.
- Follow up on enquiries, track applications, and keep students updated.
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication skills—you listen well, explain clearly, and build trust with students and parents.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Good organisation and reliable follow-up.
- An enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
- Preferably, personal experience studying abroad and some familiarity with university applications.
You don’t need to know the full admissions process or have worked as an advisor before—we’ll teach you.
Working hours
- Regular hours: 10:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
- During July, office hours may extend to 8:00 p.m., with staff working in shifts.
