PHR-Services is currently hiring a Store & Guest Experience Executive for a fast growing Egyptian brand creating a unique collection of natural, handmade products across food, beverages, skincare, and organic gifts.
Located in a premium destination in Downtown Cairo, beside a renowned boutique hotel, the store is designed as a unique experience for distinct local and international guests who appreciate authentic, natural, and thoughtfully crafted Egyptian products.
We are looking for polished, well-educated, and passionate individuals who can represent the brand, connect with guests, and bring the story behind every product to life.
Requirements & Key Responsibilities:
• Excellent spoken and written English is a must; French , German or any other language is a strong added advantage.
• Fresh graduates and final-year university students are welcome to apply, and candidates without previous experience are encouraged to apply.
• Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized experience to distinguished local and international guests.
• Develop strong storytelling skills to confidently communicate the story, origin, and value behind each product and the brand.
• Manage the day-to-day store experience, including product presentation, guest relations, store organization, and smooth operations.
• Demonstrate creativity, curiosity, fast learning, and a genuine passion for natural products, authentic experiences, and the brand's vision.
• Build relationships with guests and contribute ideas that enhance the store experience and support the growth of the project.
