An international engineering consultancy is seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals for the position of Stakeholder Manager to support a major railway infrastructure program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing stakeholder engagement and coordination throughout the development and review of a large-scale railway project, working closely with public authorities, utilities, government entities, project partners, and technical teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
- Minimum 10 years of railway sector experience.
- Proven experience in large-scale railway, metro, high-speed rail, transportation, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement, external relations, utilities coordination, or government liaison functions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Planning, Project Management, Infrastructure, or a related discipline.
- Professional Chartership or equivalent professional accreditation is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in the GCC or Middle East region is advantageous.
