Role Description The Sr Business Developer (Outsourcing Background) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in HR outsourcing, staffing, and payroll services, including building and managing a strong sales pipeline. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, generating leads, qualifying prospects, preparing proposals, and delivering client-focused presentations. The Sr Business Developer will nurture long-term client relationships, collaborate with internal teams to design tailored outsourcing solutions, and negotiate commercial terms in line with company objectives. The role also involves monitoring market trends, reporting on business performance, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives across Egypt and the MENA region.
Qualifications BPO and outsourcing background is a Must* * Strong Analytical Skills to assess market opportunities, interpret data, and support informed business decisions. * Excellent Communication abilities to present solutions, negotiate contracts, and build trust with clients and stakeholders. * Proven Lead Generation experience, including managing pipelines, prospecting, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. * Market Research capabilities to evaluate competitors, understand client needs, and identify new verticals or geographies for expansion. * Customer Service skills to maintain high client satisfaction, handle inquiries effectively, and support ongoing service delivery. * Demonstrated experience in business development within outsourcing, HRO, BPO, or staffing sectors, preferably in the MENA region. * Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
