About the Role
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Oman. Generate leads, conduct client meetings, product presentations and software demos. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ERP/CRM/HCM solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and enterprise clients. Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain an active sales pipeline. Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Responsibilities

- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, product presentations and software demos.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ERP/CRM/HCM solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and enterprise clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing or a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in ERP, CRM, HCM or software solution sales.
- Strong B2B sales, presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in the Oman/GCC market will be an advantage.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel within Oman for client meetings.
