Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities for reinforced concrete and structural works: foundations, columns, walls, and slabs.
- Coordinate formwork, reinforcement, concrete pours, materials, equipment, and site logistics.
- Monitor productivity and progress against the project programme.
- Coordinate with Survey, QA/QC, HSE, and consultant teams, and ensure works meet quality, dimensional tolerances, and inspection requirements.
- Raise inspection requests, close consultant comments and NCRs, and support handover.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 7+ years of professional experience in the execution and supervision of concrete works on building construction projects.
- Strong experience in coordinating with other disciplines, consultants, and contractors.
- Proven track record in site follow-up, quality control, inspections, and handovers.
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, formwork, concrete testing, and hot-weather concreting practices.
- Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and strong QA/QC and HSE awareness.
