Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze SODIC’s daily share trading, including opening/closing prices, trading volumes, values and performance against relevant market indicators.
Prepare and submit periodic reports covering SODIC’s capital structure, Board composition, shareholding structure and free float to EGX and FRA within required deadlines.
Prepare bilingual EGX disclosures and coordinate responses to EGX/FRA inquiries and clarification requests.
Maintain and update SODIC’s and its subsidiaries’ capital and corporate structure records.
Support OGM/EGM activities, including preparation of shareholders’ attendance lists, final attendance shares and attendance percentages.
Follow up on EGX, FRA, and MCDR procedures, submissions, fees, and related documentation.
Execute authorized subsidiary share transactions, including preparing transaction forms and coordinating with brokers and custodians.
Support capital increases, capital reductions, mergers, and other corporate actions through the preparation of required data, reports and forms.
Support the preparation and submission of annual ESG and TCFD Sustainability Reports required by FRA and EGX.
Prepare shareholder analyses and ad-hoc capital-market reports for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Finance or Economics is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in shareholders’ affairs, capital markets, investor relations, brokerage, custody or related fields.
Practical knowledge of EGX, FRA, and MCDR procedures, including share registration, trading, clearing, settlement and custody.
Good understanding of Investor Relations principles, corporate actions, shareholding structures and free-float requirements.
Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
Good command of English.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
