Job Purpose:
- Deliver professional and attentive food & beverage service
- Prepare and maintain restaurant/lounge setups to hotel standards
- Handle trays, trolleys, china, glassware, and service equipment
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service teams
- Understand menu items, ingredients, and proper service standards
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Support opening/closing duties, stock, and inventory control
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready outlet
- Upsell F&B items and promote a positive guest experience
- Provide support across the hotel when required
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of F&B experience in a 5-star hotel, preferably with poolside bar/lounge environment experience
- Hotel School degree/diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a multicultural environment
- Positive, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong guest service and upselling skills
- HACCP and WSET Level 1 or equivalent is an advantage
