About The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Test Manager a strategic initiative within Next Generation Assortment Planning (NGAP)for one of our clients. You will develop and manage the overall test strategy and test plan, and make sure test activities are carried out effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
You will work closely with the business, the IT organization and external vendors to ensure high quality and controlled risk before go-live.
Your Responsibilities
- * Develop and manage the test strategy and test plan
- Plan and coordinate test activities between operations, IT and external suppliers
- Lead and support the project's testers and other participants in the testing work
- Lead system, integration and acceptance tests
- Ensure that test cases and acceptance criteria cover requirements, business processes and prioritized use cases
- Secure access to test data and test environments
- Own defect management, risk follow-up and quality reporting
- Report status and risks to project management
- Contribute to decision-making ahead of production launch
Who you areYou are structured and methodical, independent and driven. You communicate clearly and are comfortable raising quality risks and challenges, even when they are unwelcome. You are collaborative and non-prestige, and you are used to building consensus between operations and IT.
Requirements
- * At least 9 years of experience as a test manager
- Documented experience planning and leading test work across multiple test phases
- Experience with complex solutions with many integrations and dependencies
- Experience in system testing, integration testing and acceptance testing/UAT
- Experience coordinating testing between IT operations and external suppliers
- Very good understanding of test methodology, test cases, test data management and defect management
- Fluent Swedish
- Good English, spoken and written

- * ISTQB certification
- Experience from retail
- Experience in assortment planning or a similar business area
- Experience from major transformation or implementation projects
