We're looking for a Senior FP&A Specialist to join our Finance Team and play a key role in driving financial performance, strategic planning, and business decision-making.
In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams, provide actionable financial insights, build robust financial models, and support leadership in making data-driven decisions that contribute to the organization's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities1- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management activities.
2- Conduct comprehensive financial and business analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
3- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and business planning.
4- Prepare and present executive-level financial reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
5- Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and operational KPIs to identify risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements.
6- Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, growth initiatives, and cost optimization opportunities.
7- Support long-term financial planning and contribute to corporate strategy development.
8- Build and evaluate business cases, assessing financial feasibility, ROI, and associated risks.
9- Provide recommendations and actionable insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
10- Lead ad hoc financial analyses and strategic projects as required.
