About The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will work within both the inbound or outbound call center team, depending on operational needs, and will be required to work different shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
· Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently.
· Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers, share information, and support assigned campaigns.
· Document customer interactions, update records, and maintain accurate information in the relevant systems.
· Escalate complex inquiries or complaints to the appropriate managers when necessary.
· Meet individual and team performance targets while adhering to company policies, quality standards, and call center procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
· Fluency in both English and French is a must.
· Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
· Previous customer service or call center experience.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
· Good computer skills and the ability to learn CRM and call center systems.
· Flexibility to work rotational shifts (inlcuding night shifts).

Position Details:
· Location: Quabreshmoun- Aley, Lebanon
· Salary: $1000 USD/month (with annual reviews & performance-based monthly bonuses)
