Role Description The Senior Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt. This position is responsible for driving new business, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for Chubb’s insurance products and services. Daily activities include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting needs-based client consultations, preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating terms within established guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with underwriting, customer service, and operations teams to ensure accurate policy placement and high-quality client support. The Senior Sales Representative is expected to maintain detailed records in CRM systems, monitor market trends, and provide feedback to management on competitive activity and customer needs.

- Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
- Customer relationship management abilities, such as maintaining long-term client partnerships and delivering high-quality service.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to explain complex insurance products clearly.
- Negotiation and analytical skills to align client needs with underwriting guidelines and pricing structures.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field; familiarity with property and casualty products is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software; ability to work with data and sales reports.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Professional fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the local market are a plus.
