The Role:
You'll own specialist roles end to end: building and running sourcing campaigns, headhunting, screening, and delivering strong shortlists to clients. You'll work independently, set the pace on your searches, and help shape how we recruit as we scale.
What You'll Do:
• Run sourcing campaigns across LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
• Headhunt for specialist roles such as sales, account management, project management, finance, and operations
• Screen candidates and deliver qualified shortlists quickly
• Track your pipeline and report on what's working
• Work closely with leadership on client needs and priorities
What We're Looking For:
• 3+ years of recruitment experience, agency or in-house
• Proven track record filling specialist or senior roles
• Experience running your own campaigns end to end
• Strong screening judgment and the ability to work without hand-holding
• Fluent English; French, Spanish, or Arabic is a plus
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
