üéØ Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of software release cycles
- Maintain release baselines, documentation and traceability
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality and Program teams
- Identify and resolve release risks, issues and blockers
- Drive release governance and process improvements
- Facilitate go/no-go reviews and post-release retrospectives
- Track release milestones, status and key metrics
- Ensure compliance with version control and configuration management standards
- Mentor junior team members on release best practices

- Experience with version control/configuration management tools
