Job Purpose:
The Senior Program Coordinator will play a key role in the management and execution of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI) programs, combining administrative operations with program design elements. The job holder will support the program managers by administering the logistical backbone of training rounds and workshops while actively contributing to the development of strategies, action plans, and innovative program concepts. The role serves as a focal point for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of all training rounds annually for all participants.
Core Responsibilities:
Program Development and Design:
● Collaborate with the program manager to define and implement program goals and strategies
● Assist in developing action plans and timelines for activities to ensure alignment with objectives
● Contribute to innovative program development aligned with CEI’s strategic vision
Program Coordination and Operations:
● Schedule and execute training sessions, workshops, and activities, ensuring resources are optimized
● Monitor program progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain accurate records of participant progress and evaluations
● Facilitate communication among staff, participants, and stakeholders, ensuring documentation aligns with policies
Administrative Support:
● Support data collection, report preparation, and compliance with reporting standards
● Address operational challenges to ensure seamless program operations, and manage logistical and operational tasks, including contact lists and information systems
Evaluation and Reporting:
● Monitor and evaluate activities, providing insights and recommendations. Prepare regular reports on key activities, milestones, and outcomes
Documentation and Compliance:
● Maintain essential documents, e.g., MOUs, agreements, and reports, for accessibility and compliance
● Ensure all documentation aligns with organizational policies and standards
Stakeholder Engagement:
● Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to enhance collaboration and program delivery
● Act as a focal point with external partners, ensuring effective communication and engagement
Additional Related Duties:
● Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in business administration, social sciences, economics, or a relevant field is required
● Three to five years of experience in program coordination and planning
● Experience in report and proposal writing, database management, and budgets
● Previous training or experience in project management, project finance, and business writing is an asset
Technical Skills:
● Organizational: Excellent planning and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and handle ad-hoc requests
● Communication: Excellent command of English and Arabic
● Problem Solving: Attention to detail and ability to resolve issues
● Technical: Proficient in MS Office and Zoom
● Interpersonal: Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work with diverse teams
