Key Responsibilities
Develop, review, and maintain baseline and updated schedules.
Review contractor programmes, recovery plans, resource loading, and progress updates.
Monitor planned versus actual progress and identify deviations.
Perform critical-path, delay, float, and schedule-impact analyses.
Review look-ahead and detailed construction programmes.
Assess time-impact analyses and EOT submissions.
Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and S-curves.
Coordinate design, procurement, construction, and commissioning schedules.
Recommend corrective actions and recovery measures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of planning and scheduling experience.
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
Experience in critical-path analysis, resource loading, and progress measurement.
Knowledge of delay analysis and EOT evaluation.
Previous consultancy, PMC, or PMO experience is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
