Role Description The Senior Physiotherapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for assessing participants’ physical health, designing individualized and group exercise and rehabilitation programs, and providing evidence-based physiotherapy interventions aligned with Haraakah | حركة’s corporate wellness and sports events offerings. Day-to-day tasks include conducting musculoskeletal assessments, monitoring progress, documenting treatment plans, and coordinating with wellness coaches and events teams to ensure safe and effective participation in activities. The Senior Physiotherapist will educate clients and corporate partners on injury prevention, ergonomics, and functional movement, while contributing to program design and continuous improvement. This role also involves mentoring junior team members, maintaining high professional standards, and supporting the delivery of high-impact wellness experiences.
Qualifications
- Clinical physiotherapy expertise, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions.
- Skills in designing exercise, rehabilitation, and injury-prevention programs tailored to diverse fitness levels and workplace needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for educating clients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and leading group sessions.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple cases, maintain accurate records, and support events and wellness programs.
- Proficiency in using basic clinical tools and digital documentation systems; familiarity with wellness and fitness technologies is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) from an accredited institution; valid professional license/registration in Saudi Arabia or eligibility to obtain it.
- Experience in sports physiotherapy, corporate wellness, or occupational health is highly desirable.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and promoting inclusive, safe, and respectful client experiences.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, with flexibility to support events and programs that may occur outside standard office hours.
