Payroll Management
- * Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Review attendance, overtime, deductions, incentives, bonuses, and other payroll variables
- Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, taxes, social insurance, and other statutory deductions
- Conduct payroll reconciliation and investigate discrepancies
- Prepare payroll reports and required management reports
- Coordinate with Finance regarding payroll payments and employee-related financial matters
- Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records
Personnel & Employee Administration
- * Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records
- Manage employee contracts, renewals, amendments, and employment documentation
- Handle onboarding and offboarding documentation and procedures
- Ensure employee files are complete and compliant with company requirements
- Follow up on employee status changes, transfers, promotions, resignations, and terminations
- Prepare and maintain required HR forms and personnel documents
Labor Law & Social Insurance
- * Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and applicable regulations
- Handle social insurance procedures, including employee registration and termination
- Follow up on required social insurance forms and documentation
- Deal with relevant labor offices and social insurance authorities when required
- Stay updated on changes in labor regulations, social insurance, and payroll-related requirements
- Support the company during labor inspections and audits
HR Operations
- * Maintain accurate HR databases and employee records
- Prepare regular HR Operations and payroll reports
- Support internal and external HR audits
- Ensure HR processes are implemented according to company policies and procedures
- Identify payroll/personnel issues and recommend process improvements
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll and personnel inquiries
Requirements
- * 3-5 years of experience in Payroll, Personnel, and HR Operations
- Strong practical knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance
- Strong experience in monthly payroll processing
- Good knowledge of personnel administration and labor office procedures
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with HR/payroll systems
- Experience handling confidential employee information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict payroll deadlines
- English proficiency is preferred
