Fakieh Tarfeeh Group is pleased to announce an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our team in Jeddah, within the Entertainment and Hospitality sector.
Job Purpose
The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives and campaigns that support the company’s business objectives through developing and implementing effective marketing plans, analyzing campaign and market performance, strengthening brand presence, and contributing to customer acquisition and sales growth, in coordination with internal departments and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute marketing plans and strategies in alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Plan, execute, and measure the performance and results of marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Develop marketing initiatives aimed at increasing sales, attracting customers, and enhancing the customer experience.
- Manage marketing content across social media platforms and digital channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior, and provide relevant recommendations.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure the efficient execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of offers, events, and marketing initiatives while strengthening brand presence.
- Prepare performance reports and analyze marketing campaign metrics and results.
- Monitor marketing budgets and expenditures and ensure the effective utilization of resources.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and practices and propose innovative ideas and initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of professional experience in marketing.
- Strong experience in planning and executing marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze markets, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in the Entertainment, Hospitality, Tourism, or Retail sectors is an added advantage.
