üìå Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the HR function in alignment with SANY Saudi Arabia’s business objectives and organizational strategy.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Manage key HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and workforce planning.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior management and business leaders.
- Lead manpower planning and ensure effective workforce allocation according to business requirements.
- Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, career development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure effective HR operations and accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Monitor compliance with Saudi labor regulations, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and other relevant government requirements.
- Support organizational development and promote a professional and positive workplace culture.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high-quality HR service delivery.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, workforce data, and key HR metrics for management review and decision-making.
üéØ Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Significant experience in HR management, preferably within a multinational, industrial, construction, heavy equipment, or similar organization.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, HR regulations, and local HR practices.
- Hands-on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic and/or Chinese language skills are an advantage.
