Job Purpose:
- Lead enterprise risk management and organizational resilience across Red Sea Global and its subsidiaries by establishing and overseeing the Group’s risk and resilience frameworks, ensuring material risks are identified, assessed, monitored, reported and managed within the approved risk appetite.
- Provide independent challenge and oversight of risk mitigation activities while strengthening the Group’s preparedness, continuity, response and recovery capabilities against significant disruptions.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Responsibilities
- Direct workforce planning for the Department, identifying staffing needs, key roles and capability gaps in line with business plans.
- Plan and coordinate recruitment, onboarding and internal mobility activities for the Department, ensuring selection decisions support long term capability.
- Design and refine departmental approaches to performance management, coaching and feedback, in line with corporate frameworks.
- Develop targeted learning and development plans for functional teams, prioritizing critical skills and career pathways.
- Coordinate talent review and succession discussions for the Department, providing insight on potentials, risks and development actions.
- Guide managers in applying people policies and practices fairly and consistently, escalating complex cases where required.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the Group’s enterprise risk and resilience framework to identify, assess, monitor and treat threats while strengthening preparedness and recovery from disruption.
- Establish, maintain and periodically review the Group’s risk management framework, including risk governance, methodologies and reporting protocols.
- Define and maintain the Group’s risk appetite and tolerance levels and support their translation into operational limits and decision-making criteria.
- Establish and maintain risk policies, procedures, assessment criteria and risk taxonomies covering corporate, destination, operational, project and strategic risks.
- Lead comprehensive risk assessments and oversee the aggregation and updating of risk profiles across corporate functions, subsidiaries, destinations and operations to identify and evaluate material risks.
- Lead structured risk assessments across the project lifecycle, including concept, design, construction and operations, in collaboration with the TPMO Department.
- Lead risk identification and prioritization workshops in coordination with risk champions and leadership teams across the Group.
- Lead the development, tracking and challenge of risk treatment and mitigation plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and the approved risk appetite.
- Lead and oversee Group-wide risk registers, ensuring their accuracy, completeness and timely update by the relevant risk owners.
- Monitor significant and emerging risks and report them to executive management, Boards and their committees, and other key stakeholders through periodic enterprise risk reports and ad hoc briefings.
- Drive and embed a strong risk culture across the Group and its subsidiaries through training, communication and engagement with business leaders and employees.
- Establish coordination with relevant departments and external partners to strengthen risk and resilience outcomes and reduce duplication.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's Degree preferred) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years, including a minimum of 6 years in managerial roles.
- Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English. Enterprise risk assessment, register management and treatment tracking.
- Risk appetite application and enterprise risk reporting.
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving and structured decision-making.
Job Context:
- The role is based in Riyadh and operates primarily as an office-based position, with regular travel to Red Sea Global destinations and operating sites.
- The role carries people management responsibilities for the Risk & Resilience team.
