Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) | Senior DevOps

Job Summary
Masarat Tech is looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong cloud infrastructure experience to ensure the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of our production systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing cloud environments, automating infrastructure, improving CI/CD pipelines, and supporting high-availability systems in a software development environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure environments (AWS, Azure, or Digital Ocean).
Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of applications and services.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
Monitor system health, application performance, and infrastructure metrics.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to improve deployment processes and system stability.
Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
Automate repetitive operational tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Participate in incident management and on-call support rotations.
Ensure system security, backup strategies, and disaster recovery readiness.
Optimize cloud resources and infrastructure costs.
Technical Requirements:
4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.
Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
Strong knowledge of Linux systems administration.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or New Relic.
Knowledge of networking, load balancing, DNS, and security best practices.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
Understanding of microservices and distributed systems architecture.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in software houses or SaaS environments.
Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes) are a plus.
Experience handling high-traffic production systems.
