Key Responsibilities
Administer construction and consultancy contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
Review contract documents, conditions, specifications, BOQs, and contractual correspondence.
Evaluate variations, claims, EOT submissions, and contractual entitlements.
Prepare contractual notices, responses, recommendations, and management reports.
Monitor compliance with contractual obligations, insurance, bonds, and warranties.
Maintain variation, claim, notice, and correspondence registers.
Coordinate with commercial, planning, technical, and legal teams.
Support negotiations and advise project management on contractual risks and disputes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in contract administration.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC or equivalent forms of contract.
Proven experience in claims, variations, EOT assessments, and contractual correspondence.
Previous consultancy, PMC, or PMO experience is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, negotiation, reporting, and communication skills.
