Key Responsibilities
Manage the commercial and financial aspects of assigned projects or packages.
Review interim payments, variations, change orders, and final accounts.
Monitor budgets, commitments, forecasts, cash flow, and cost performance.
Assess contractor and consultant commercial submissions.
Prepare commercial reports and cost recommendations.
Support procurement, tender evaluation, and contract negotiations.
Identify commercial risks and recommend mitigation measures.
Coordinate with contracts, cost control, planning, and project management teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of relevant commercial-management experience.
Strong experience in cost management, payment certification, variations, and final accounts.
Experience with major infrastructure, building, marine, or utility projects.
Good knowledge of FIDIC, BOQs, and contract administration.
Previous consultancy, PMC, or PMO experience is highly preferred.
Strong Excel, reporting, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
