Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in Brand Management or Marketing within the FMCG sector.
Experience in any FMCG category is acceptable; food and grocery experience is an advantage.
Good understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Practical experience in campaign planning, coordination, and execution.
Basic understanding of consumer insights, market analysis, and competitor tracking.
Exposure to product development, packaging, or new product launches is preferred.
Ability to analyze marketing performance and prepare clear reports.
Good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication, presentation, organization, and project coordination skills.
Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
