HABEN MARQUEE is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Account Manager to manage client accounts, oversee marketing campaigns, and drive digital marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts, maintain strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and oversee monthly marketing plans, content calendars, and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and media buying teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare monthly digital marketing performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor paid advertising campaigns and prepare media buying performance reports.
- Manage, update, and optimize Google Business Profiles.
- Track campaign KPIs, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
Job Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing agency.
- Real estate account management experience is mandatory.
- Experience managing aesthetic clinics or healthcare accounts is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic.
