Role Description The Scaffolding Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Salalah, responsible for overseeing all scaffolding activities on assigned projects. The supervisor plans and organizes scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and applicable standards. Day-to-day tasks include leading scaffolding teams, assigning duties, monitoring progress, and conducting inspections of erected structures to verify stability, load capacity, and compliance with safety requirements. The role also involves enforcing fall protection and working-at-height procedures, coordinating with site management and other trades, maintaining material and equipment records, and preparing basic reports on scaffold usage, safety observations, and work completion.
