WE’RE HIRING | Direct Sales Representatives

Looking to build your career in sales with a leading insurance company in Egypt? This could be your next opportunity!

We’re looking for motivated and customer-oriented Direct Sales Representatives to join our team in New Cairo.

Location: Fifth Settlement, New Cairo

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM fixed

Net Monthly Salary: EGP 17,000

Additional Earnings: Commission + Uncapped Performance Bonuses

What We’re Looking For

University graduates from any discipline.
Good English communication skills and clear pronunciation.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
Confidence in dealing with customers.
A target-oriented mindset and genuine interest in sales.
Previous sales experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and present suitable insurance solutions.
Follow up on leads and build long-term customer relationships.
Work toward sales targets and maintain accurate follow-up records.
