Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients within the logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Valid Saudi driving license (preferred).
- Fluency in Arabic and English (preferred).
