Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various sales channels.
- Visit prospective clients to assess corporate insurance requirements and risk exposures.
- Design suitable insurance solutions and provide professional consultations to clients.
- Prepare insurance proposals and conduct client presentations and negotiations.
- Acquire and onboard new corporate accounts while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Manage portfolio renewals and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Follow up on premium collections in coordination with the accounting and collection teams.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure ongoing support and retention.
- Uphold the company’s information security policies and procedures, protecting confidential data, and promptly reporting any security incidents.
Technical Skills:
- Insurance product knowledge
- Sales and prospecting skills
- Client needs assessment
- English proficiency (oral and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Behavioral:
Communication & Persuasion Skills, Customer-oriented mindset, Professionalism & Trustworthiness, Results-driven approach, Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Work Experience:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
Compensation & Benefits
The position offers a fixed monthly income, in addition to sales incentives based on performance and achieved targets.
