We own over 40 self storage facilities in Kentucky, Missouri and Illinois and manage another over 30 for other owners across the US. We buy more every year and we sign new management clients every quarter. Both start with a phone call to a storage owner. That call is your job.
The role
We hand you a list of self storage owners in the Midwest and Southeast. The research is done. You work the list: 60 to 80 calls, texts, emails and LinkedIn touches a day, building relationships with owners who may sell or who want someone else to run their facility. You book qualified meetings for our CEO, keep our CRM current every single day, and send a short weekly report on touches, conversations, meetings and deals moving.
By month three you are booking 8 or more qualified owner meetings a month. By month six at least one signed management agreement or accepted letter of intent traces back to you.
Hours
3pm to 11pm Cairo time, Monday through Friday (7am to 3pm US Central). Same hours every day. Mornings are for calls because that is when storage owners pick up. Afternoons are for follow-ups and CRM.
