We are recruiting talented Shop Managers and Sales Associates to represent leading international fashion houses (U.S. Polo Assn., Ipekyol, Sugarfree, More & More, adL, Gerry Weber, JW Pei, Dan John).
Position Specifications1. Shop Manager
- Oversee daily floor operations, target achievements, stock audit management, and visual merchandising.
- Mentor, schedule, and lead sales associates toward consistently meeting operational targets.
- Require prior experience in fashion store leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and shift flexibility.
2. Sales Associate
- Deliver exceptional, consultative customer service and assist clients with wardrobe styling.
- Drive key metrics including personal sales conversion, cross-selling, and client retention.
- Require strong communication skills, a positive team mindset, and a genuine enthusiasm for fashion retail.
