üîπ Key Responsibilities
• Identify and evaluate potential mall locations based on foot traffic, demographics, competition, and commercial potential.
• Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies for proposed locations.
• Negotiate lease and sub-franchise agreements with mall management, landlords, and partners.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Construction, and other internal teams throughout the development process.
• Manage the setup and opening of new mall locations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, permits, and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mall management, landlords, developers, and relevant authorities.
• Contribute to Circle K Egypt’s market expansion strategy by identifying new growth opportunities.
üîπ Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate development, project management, or a related field.
• Experience in retail real estate, mall leasing, or sub-franchising is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, market analysis, and project management skills.
• Good understanding of mall operations and leasing processes.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or real estate certifications are a plus.
