Quality Supervisor | HM.CO Food Industries

We are looking for a Quality Supervisor who believes that food safety is non-negotiable, compliance is a commitment, and continuous improvement is part of everyday work.
You will play a key role in strengthening our Quality Management System, preparing the factory for international certifications, and helping us achieve world-class manufacturing standards.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Leading the daily Quality Control and Quality Assurance operations.
Driving compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and all applicable food safety requirements.
Leading the factory’s preparation for BRCGS Food Safety Certification.
Supporting and maintaining White List requirements and other export compliance programs.
Developing, implementing, and improving quality systems that support international market requirements.
Leading internal and external audits, customer audits, CAPA, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Building a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement across the factory.
Coaching and developing the quality team while working closely with Production, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field.
5–7 years of Quality experience within food or beverage manufacturing.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of GMP, GHP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety management systems.
Hands-on experience preparing factories for BRCGS certification is highly preferred.
Experience with White List approval, export compliance requirements, and advanced international food safety standards is a significant advantage.
Proven experience leading audits, CAPA programs, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
