üìåJob Purpose:
Ensure that all manufacturing, assembly, and installation activities comply with EDS’s quality standards, customer specifications, and safety regulations.
Lead the implementation of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes, maintain documentation systems, and drive continuous improvement across factory and field operations. Safeguard compliance with ISO and HSE standards to maintain product reliability, workplace safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC systems to ensure that all materials, components, and finished products meet technical and regulatory requirements.
▪️ Plan and conduct in-process and final inspections for dispenser assembly, calibration, wiring, and functional testing; document results and verify compliance with design drawings and specifications.
▪️ Supervise incoming material inspections, ensuring that raw materials and supplier parts conform to quality standards before use in production.
▪️ Investigate non-conformities and customer complaints, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and lead the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
▪️ Develop and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection checklists, calibration records, test procedures, quality manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
▪️ Support certification and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and other relevant quality and safety management systems.
▪️ Monitor and report key quality metrics, such as defect rates, rework frequency, and safety incidents; recommend improvements to enhance product consistency and reduce waste.
▪️ Lead safety awareness initiatives and HSE training, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with EDS safety procedures and local regulations.
✔️Qualifications & Experience:
▪️Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality Management preferred).
▪️Experience 3-5 years in QA/QC and HSE management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
▪️Candidates must be resident of Suez, Egypt
▪️In-depth knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Control Plans, and 8D problem-solving.
▪️Certified in ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), and ISO 45001 (OH&S).
▪️Hands-on experience in inspection and testing techniques, calibration procedures, and use of measuring instruments.
▪️Fluent in Arabic and English.
