- Prepare progress reports, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
- Identify operational risks and implement solutions to improve program effectiveness.
- Supervise program staff, assign responsibilities, and support team development.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- A master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in public health program management, healthcare operations, or community health initiatives.
- Strong understanding of program planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Experience managing budgets, coordinating teams, and overseeing multiple projects.
- Ability to analyze data, assess program outcomes, and develop practical recommendations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
