Siracusa Properties is expanding its sales team in Dubai. We are looking for motivated, ambitious, and high-energy individuals to join us as Real Estate Property Consultants.
No previous real estate background or RERA license is required—we provide full in-house training, company-generated leads, and employment visa sponsorship. If you hold a high school diploma and have a strong drive to succeed, we will equip you with everything you need to build a successful career in Dubai's thriving property market.
Compensation & Earnings
- 100% Commission-Based Role: Unlimited earning potential with high performance-based payouts.
- No Fixed Basic Salary: Uncapped commission structure starting at 50% for joiners, with growth tiers based on performance.

Responsibilities
- Assist buyers and investors in finding residential and commercial properties across Dubai.
- Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and market presentations.
- Negotiate transactions and guide clients through the buy/sell process.
- Meet key activity and sales performance targets (weekly meeting goals, attendance, and deal closings).
Skills
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience & License: No prior real estate experience or RERA card required.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Mindset: Self-motivated, driven, and focused on achieving high sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Residing in or ready to relocate to the UAE.
