UrbanBuilders is seeking a highly qualified Projects Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning through execution and final handover. The role involves managing project schedules, budgets, resources, quality, and contractual obligations while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with applicable Saudi regulations and construction standards.
The successful candidate will lead project teams, coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, monitor project performance, manage risks and costs, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the Saudi Arabian construction sector is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing multiple construction projects within general contracting companies.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration, where applicable.
