We’re Hiring | Project Sales Engineer
Decorative Glass is looking for a Project Sales Engineer to join our team in Obour City, Cairo.
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in B2B Project Sales, preferably within Architectural Glass, Steel, Aluminum, Façade, Cladding, Curtain Walls, Building Materials, Construction Chemicals, or related construction industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new B2B project sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, architects, and corporate clients.
- Identify upcoming projects and develop the sales pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial quotations.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, negotiations, and project meetings.
- Follow up on opportunities from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new project opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer activities and sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Sales / B2B Sales.
- Experience in Construction, Building Materials, Steel, Glass, Aluminum, Façade, Cladding, Curtain Walls, Construction Chemicals, or related industries is preferred.
- Proven experience dealing with Contractors, Consultants, Developers, Architects, or Corporate Clients.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Office.
- Valid driving license and owning a car are mandatory.
- Presentable, self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
