My client is a leading retailer in the Middle East and they are looking for an outstanding Project Manager to join their growing team.
Job Role
•Act as the primary contact with external contractors during planning, budgeting, and scheduling stages
•Support long-term network planning in partnership with Strategy and Brand teams by translating growth needs into facility requirements
•Contribute to prioritization and investment planning cycles by aligning project timelines with business readiness and brand expansion strategies
•Track project milestones and escalate delays or resource constraints
•Ensure cross-functional alignment during design, construction, and handover phases through steering committee or working groups
•Represent operational and brand readiness requirements throughout the lifecycle of capital projects
•Collaborate with IT, FM, Marketing, Legal, and Real Estate on execution of infrastructure elements such as signage, branding, system upgrades, and licenses
•Drive site readiness assessments, ensuring new facilities or upgrades are launched with minimal disruption
•Monitor project documentation (drawings, change orders, approvals) and flag variations that affect scope or timeline
•Maintain a central project dashboard and support post-completion reviews and lessons learned processes
