- Manage and supervise daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved.
- Plan and organize production resources according to customer requirements and production schedules.
- Manage production teams, including supervisors, team leaders, and operators.
- Monitor production performance, productivity, efficiency, scrap, downtime, and OEE.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure proper implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction.
- Manage production capacity and workforce planning according to business needs.
- Lead daily production meetings and follow up on action plans.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives.
- Prepare and report production KPIs to management.
- Develop team skills through coaching, training, and performance monitoring.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in an industrial or automotive environment.
- Strong experience in team management and production planning.
- Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and problem-solving tools.
- Good understanding of quality and safety requirements.
