Role Overview
We are looking for a creative Product Photographer & Retoucher with experience in product and commercial photography, advanced image editing skills, and practical experience using AI tools. The role involves producing professional images that accurately showcase product details and reflect the company’s visual identity across its online store, social media channels, advertising campaigns, and marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Photograph products, including sportswear, footwear, sports equipment, and accessories, accurately capturing their details, textures, and colors.
- Plan and execute product and marketing photoshoots, including product preparation, lighting setups, backgrounds, and camera angles.
- Produce product images with consistent backgrounds for e-commerce, as well as creative imagery for advertising campaigns and social media.
- Edit and retouch images, including color and exposure correction, background removal, cleanup, and shadow adjustments, ensuring all images are ready for publication.
- Use AI tools to support image editing, enhancement, and the creation of backgrounds and marketing scenes, reviewing results carefully to preserve each product’s actual appearance, colors, logos, and details.
- Prepare images in the appropriate dimensions and file formats for each publishing channel, in line with the company’s quality standards and visual identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to develop ideas and deliver visual content according to business priorities and deadlines.
- Photograph company events and activities as needed.
- Organize and archive original and final image files, linking product images to their corresponding product codes for easy retrieval and updates.
- Maintain photography equipment, ensure it is ready for use, and manage multiple photography assignments within agreed timelines.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience in product photography, commercial photography, and image retouching, preferably within retail or e-commerce.
- Proficiency in using professional cameras, studio equipment, and lighting setups.
- Proficiency in image editing and retouching software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in photography and image editing workflows, with the ability to evaluate output quality and correct visual inaccuracies.
- A strong understanding of composition, lighting, color, and camera angles, with the ability to maintain visual consistency across product images.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with relevant departments.
- Availability to work full-time, on-site in Riyadh.
- A portfolio showcasing product photography and retouching work.
