- Design exceptional user experiences for web and mobile applications from concept to launch.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Create user journeys, personas, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Design high-fidelity interfaces with strong attention to usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.
- Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems in Figma.
- Design AI-powered products, dashboards, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, marketplaces, and enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and QA throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Use AI-powered tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, content creation, and developer handoff.
- Analyze user feedback and product analytics to continuously improve the user experience.
- Stay ahead of emerging design trends, AI technologies, and modern product design practices
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience designing digital products.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and real business impact.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design Systems, and Prototyping.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, usability, and accessibility (WCAG).
- Experience designing responsive web applications and mobile apps.
- Ability to communicate design rationale effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience working within Agile product teams.
- AI-assisted design workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Figma AI, Cursor, Lovable, v0, Bolt, Galileo AI, ..., or similar.
- AI-assisted research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and design generation.
- Design-to-code workflows and developer collaboration.
- UX analytics tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or Mixpanel.
- Component-based design thinking and frontend awareness.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
- Experience designing AI-powered products or conversational interfaces.
- Motion design and micro-interactions (Lottie, Rive, Principle, or similar).
- Experience working on PropTech, FinTech, SaaS, marketplace, or enterprise products.
- Familiarity with Saudi/GCC digital products.
