We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in banking or financial services procurement, particularly across IT, technology, and corporate procurement categories.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement and strategic sourcing.
- Proven procurement experience within the banking or financial services sector, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
- Strong hands-on experience in IT and technology procurement.
- Experience managing diverse procurement categories, including IT/Technology, indirect and corporate procurement.
- Strong understanding of the banking industry, financial services ecosystem, technology landscape, and market trends.
- Broad industry knowledge with the ability to benchmark suppliers, commercial models, procurement practices, and emerging solutions.
- Strong strategic sourcing, supplier management, negotiation, and commercial evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Preferred: Candidates with GCC banking procurement experience and strong exposure to technology sourcing.
