You’ll make a difference by: • Lead and develop the T&E team through workload allocation, coaching, cross-training, and onboarding. • Manage day-to-day T&E and corporate card operations, including card applications, maintenance, reconciliation, delinquency monitoring, replacements, and cancellations. • Ensure accurate and timely processing, auditing, reconciliation, and posting of expense claims in line with applicable policies and SLAs. • Act as the primary escalation point for employee and stakeholder queries related to Concur, SAP, corporate cards, travel bookings, reimbursements, policy exceptions, and posting failures. • Build strong relationships with HR, Finance, Payroll, Tax, and global process owners. • Monitor SLAs, KPIs, quality, productivity, compliance, backlogs, and customer satisfaction, and address operational risks proactively. • Prepare and present dashboards, management reports, governance updates, audit findings, and operational performance reviews. • Support internal controls, audits, compliance reviews, system enhancements, testing, implementations, transitions, go-live activities, and hypercare. • Identify recurring issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive process improvement, automation, standardization, and corrective actions. • Promote policy compliance, customer centricity, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning across the team.
