- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments to their rehabilitation plans to optimize outcomes.
- Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventative measures, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery and overall health.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care and ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient treatment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes to facilitate effective communication within the team.
- Assist in managing the clinic's operations, including scheduling appointments, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patients.

- Must be very Skilled with Exercise Modalities
- Must be skilled with Hydrotherapy
- Must be Strong with all manual assessment techniques and diagnostic skills to accurately evaluate patients' physical conditions.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and engage with patients and their families.
