Turkish language skills will be considered an advantage.Key Responsibilities- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.- Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence, and confidential documents.- Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow up on action items.- Arrange business travel, flights, hotels, and itineraries.- Prepare reports, presentations, minutes, and business correspondence.- Coordinate communication with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.- Provide Spanish-English communication support when required.- Maintain confidential records and important documents.- Handle personal and professional administrative requirements of the CEO.- Ensure timely follow-up on tasks, appointments, and commitments.- Assist the CEO with day-to-day administrative and coordination requirements.- Perform other duties assigned by the CEO.
Skills
Requirements- Previous experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant.- Fluent in Spanish and English – Mandatory.- Turkish language skills – Advantage.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office tools.- High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.- UAE experience is preferred.
